Okay this is my first build, and im planning on a fixed axle, so the engine drives the whole thing, axle, wheels, and all. I just do not understand how I can connect the 66 tooth sprocket to the axle. I can only find sprocket hubs with 1 inch bore, and I need 3/4 inch. The last thing is, I was planning on buying a couple pillow block mounted bearings for the rear axle, and I just need to clear up whether they are okay to use on a project like this.

hi,:welcome2: to the forum, you can look on ebay for the sprocket hub... 3/4" stuff are hard to find(at least for me). as for the pillow blocks, yes they would be great for a live axle as long you have room for them on your frame. you can find those on ebay for sure.

Live axle means both wheels move in same direction posi-traction or positive traction. Why are you using 3/4" are you using lawnmower rims/tires?
