:lolgoku: Did you see me passing the car, in the video? I should have kept going.... The speed limit is 35mph, and most people look at me in shock as I pass them up...... :lolgoku:

drill bit chart.jpg

So based on this chart,,,, what is my factory size of my jet on a EX17 6.5 hp Robin engine??

I'll looking to get a bit set,,, and want to get the right kit.

I'm thinking a #64 bit is a 0.036 size,,, and I'll go up from there 1 bit at a time,,, after driving and reading the plug.

I'm gonna open up the exhaust with this crazy idea,,,
12 in long piece of black pipe. 1in in diameter welded to a 90* elbow, on the flange. On the 12in piece I'm gonna drill holes on the first 4in and the last 4in,,, and put a slit in the center to drop a washer in and weld it,,, to make the pipe a 2 piece chamber. Then I'm gonna slip a Sea Foam can over the pipe cut off the excess and go from there.

Discuss,,,, lol   :cheers2:

Don't use black pipe.... It's too heavy for an exhaust. Buy some tubing. You can get a 3' stick at homedepot and lowest for like $10....

That would work, but no..... Go over about 3 more rows to the right..... At homedepot, it's at the end of the nuts and bolts Isle. They have steel stock.... Tubing in square and round.... Flat bar... Aluminum plate......
Electrical conduit is just too thin.....
