God only knows what discussion this is going to bring on but this is driving me crazy

please just answer if you know

if you don't know what this is dont worry about it

how do I pick this lock? I've put various points in the center to confirm it has no spring behind it, I've tried using 2 pick tools to turn the cylinder, I get it to go a quarter turn but thats it

Umm, I don't think the cable/phone company would appreciate you meddling with their box.

That looks like a security bit, but it's probably an uncommon one.

Sounds like that screw might be attached to a latch arm, that only needs a quarter-turn to un-latch...

Kinda like this pic of a simple latch system, except using a tamper proof screw instead of a grab handle with a key-lock:

I've been using 2 pick tools to pull top and bottom in opposite directions with no luck, I think it needs more torque than what I can get with the pick tools
