I got an offer to trade One of my homemade wd-40 can mufflers for a mini bike frame with no front forks or handelbars.
I'll put the 8 hp briggs with tc on it, and a Car battery for the E-Start. Can I take bike forks and bars, or do I need to make them?????

take the offer!!! if you can get the forks and bars as well do it, but if not you could buy some or make them with a grinder/hacksaw and a welder.
Dont forget to add up the cost of wheels and sprockets/chain

I have 2 16in 4-bolt tubeless tires, I was going to take the forks and bars, And front tire off a bike, mount em. I was already getting a chain and belt for the tc. I will see if I can get its bars, HE found it on a Lot he bought to build a house on, he wants the can muffler for his road kart. He said I could probly get bars from somewere. I will get a Sprocket from my kart.

:iagree: worst case scenario your out an empty can of wd40

IT takes 3 days to make a wd-40 can muffler!!! Day 1, first make a hole at the top with a set of fencing Plires, then let it dry out. Put it on clamps. Then drill 1in hole in the center of the base. Use Neetle noose plires to bent the bottom To pull it up from the base. Drill .5 mm holes around the inside edge on the base.

Ta-daa wd 40 can muffler.

Ok some bad news, I got the frame the engine barely fits but it does none the less, the bad there is not room for the t/c so I will go with a cen. clutch.

Theres always room! ;) have you got any pics? I managed to make my tc fit by raising the engine by 1" with box iron. You could always remove your fuel tank too.

The fuel tank is already remounted, took the bracket off too. I had to pull out Head bolts, slide the motor in and put them back 2mm clearance. I could use a 30 series but mine is outborard, plus I don't want to mess up the srub brake. If I use t/c the sprockets don't line up!! The engine is 2ins in front of the brakes. I will use the 40 series driver and a wheel with a 7in pulley running a loose belt, this will work because the driver expandes.
