i truied another plug to no avial. and the ignition is already exlextronic converted. im thinkin maybe the coil is jacked cut it was converted years ago. Maybe a new coil . Would a coil fit from a newer engine that didnt have points

Was the original coil a 2 leg or 3 leg? For **** and giggles, just keep backing out the main jet adjustment till she stalls.

Did you put in an offset flywheel key? And if you did, did you put it in backword and retard the timing instead of advancing it?This could cause exhaust backfire.

the flywheel key is stock and not sheared. I think it is a 2 leg coil and this motor isnt somethin i would ever want on a kart. it sounds gay haha

iv a custom stright pipe on mine nd it has constant flame at full throttle even tho it completely standard
