800 HP Compound Turbo Hayabusa Drag Kart

Preface; I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSES BUILD. I am not building this (yet). An old timer at the track told me that someone once built a 800 HP Hayabusa motor powered go kart with white trimming that ran low 8's in the quarter mile. The only information I found on it was a bad photo. Does anyone know anything about such a build? Also, should I move this to a general discussion thread?
