I took the old 6hp tecumseh engine off my go kart, to put on a big 13hp :auto:. Obviously I had to upgrade the torque converter so the 30 series that came off the motor is of no use to me.

The motor did sit for a while, but it DID run before I let it sit. The torque converter wasn't really oiled or greased ever so it was kinda jumping last time it was used.

If someone is interested in the motor + 30 series torque converter then make an offer. I can ship if you pay shipping and all of that, or if you are local you can come pick it up.

Thanks,
Corey.

The blue motor is the replacement :wai:, the little one on the left is the one for sale :D

I don't know how exact it is, but the ups site came up with about $37 for just the motor. Probably a little more for the weight of the torque converter too.

i got it from some website. mfg supply or something like that. It was like $500 or something.

The new blue engine runs super smooth and starts right up everytime. For the amount that the Honda of comparable horsepower cost, it was well worth the savings (so far at least :D)
