I asked the guy if he know's the make/mode.
I didn't want to ask if it was a '69 Rupp in case the price would go up.
I'm thinking it is a 69 Rupp Roadster (at least the frame, swing arm, front end I think?) but don't know much about old mini bikes and won't go to the place that does. LOL

Setting up a viewing and trying to determine if it has more value than he is selling it for.
$250, I'm sure it is worth it... But I'm trying to profit here.
Maybe I could restore instead, I've never tried a restoration project.
