I am back with some info on my build up of a rolling frame that I bought locally on Craig's List. This is the frame that the forum helped identify earlier in this thread. Thanks to the members here who replied, that helped me get started on this project.

This is the result. I wanted to get this powder coated but could not get any response from phone/email from a local sandblast/powder coat painter so I gave up and used a Duracoat rattle can.

The build up is nearly complete. I fabricated an idler for the chain from some hardware items I found at the local Tractor Supply. I used the hinged part of a hasp, an idler pulley, the frame from a 3" caster (fixed). I have included a few pictures of that as well.

One thing I have yet to figure out is how to cable the Lifan 2.5hp engine. I have included a picture of how the cable sleeve mounts to the throttle bracket, but it looks like I need some kind of clevis.

Is there someone here who has used this engine and can point me to the parts I need to setup the throttle cable?

Location
Mesa, AZ.
I will try to post it today. I am at work now until 8am.

Edit :
I found this...
Even though I removed governer I set mine up just like this pic. The arm that spring us pulling is the governer arm.
The arm spring is attached to has a rod at the top that attaches to carb.

Excellent. Thanks very much Nick. Now that I have a clue I should be able to source the parts. Much appreciated!
