Would the 50 series sprocket work?

BUELLER.... BUELLER.... BUELLER..... ? Yes, the 50 series will fit the 520. Why not use the bike sprocket? Its free! Just make a mount. This is where cajun-engineering comes into to play. Do ya know any machinists? All you need is a hub that fits axle and then center the sprocket on it,and weld away.... or drill and bolt it up....

Yeah I thought about it I just wanted to make sure in case of design change I can go that route if need be.

That was my first thought too...

My second thought was "why is the engine sitting so high? Third thought, is the engine back to front or are we looking at the front of the swingarm?

Yes guys the motor is backwards since then the project has taken a turn.the frame is 6 foot long and every thing will be very compact utilizing weight distribution it will sit an inch and a half off the ground. I will post recent pics later. Every thing has a purpose for the way it is mounted.
