6.5hp Toro lawn mower?

Not go kart related, but need some advice. Mower took forever to start and ran like crap end of last season. Last week I removed and cleaned carb, replaced filter and plug, drained old gas. Cut front lawn last week and mower ran like a champ and like new!!! Go to cut back grass today and it runs for 5-10 seconds and dies. Only way it runs for 5-10 seconds now is if I prime it. Any ideas? Thanks, Adam.....

Might need another carb clean. After it moved about it might have sloshed some stuff into the fuel inlet.
Bad gas?

Im guessing this has a tecumseh motor on it. Put a fuel filter inline between the tank and carb. fresh gas again and pull the carb and go back through it..

It is a Tecumseh, will clean carb, replace gas and add fuel filter. Thanks guys!

So what did you do to fix it....

Removed and cleaned the carb again, drained gas, cleaned fuel line and added a fuel filter inline.
