okay so seeing everyone was saying a 49cc wouldnt be enough, ive decided to make a 6.5hp drift kart.
heres the specs:
6.5 4 stroke clone
clutch with 8? teeth
25-26mm solid axle, dual spinner with disc brake set up
pocket rocket (mini bike) wheels with slick tyres
front left hand brake hooked up to a hand brake on left
sports car pedals for the throttle and brake
removalist trolley wheels on front (to give it some grip)
possibly a sports steering wheel also
the frame is only costing me what my metal work fees are which is $65 (but i can do whatever)
everything else was free or close to it...
once iv finished it i will have some fun with it for a while and then probably sell it (depending on how much fun i have).

currently i have the frame ready to weld (but im going to wait until august when we have a brand new welder this ones stuffed)....
so in the mean time:
im going to make up the brackets for the wheels, sprocket and brake disc
and also make up the 25 or 26mm axle for it (putting a thread on the ends and welding on the brackets......

please comment with feedback or any useful tips or info/pics
thanks josh
