5hp Briggs and Stratton Throttle Questions

I need help hooking up the throttle cable on a 5hp B&S motor. I know there is a rod coming from the carb to the governor, but I dont have anything connecting the governor to the arm behind the fuel tank. Im just lost on what all is next.

This picture helps me with the front of the fuel tank, but I need help with what is going on between the back of the fuel tank and the engine...

Me and my cousin figured it out today after work. All is hooked up except the throttle cable which will be here by thursday.

landuse, do u have a spring that keeps the throttle plate pulled back?

In my first pic, that is the only spring I have. All the others are solid wire
