Just thought I might throw this into the different build section.
This is a video of my Hybrid Rocket that I built and flew at the Black Rock Desert.
I machined every part of the rocket and it was all assembled in my garage at home.
This rocket burns 200 Pounds of N2o in just under 20 seconds and is capable of reaching the edge of space.

Wow, that's crazy, you made a real rocket in your garage. Very cool.
What kind of materials do you use for the exhaust nozzle. Ceramics, carbide??

The Rocket is 60% Aluminum and 40% Carbon fiber. The nozzle is made out of Graphite and insulated with Phenolic so the Graphite does not melt the Aluminum. When I first started building these the cost was very low and over the years the cost sky rocketed !!! A $200.00 nozzle then now cost about $800.00
To cut costs I built a compression molder for thermoset plastic so I can now make nozzles for just under $100.00 Here is a picture of the compression molder

is the fuel not made up of anything i belive i seen some guys make it out of car tire and some other chemicals
Nvm if that video is you guys then yup it was you three that made the fuel with rubber

Yes that was us, I was the expert. The fuel has HTTP or Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene Almost the same as tire rubber.
Our rockets are inert and can be transported without a Low Explosive User Permit (LEUP)

I saw that episode! Showed it to my son who really has his sights set on going to space.

He told me he had to go to college, join the military, get into NASA, etc. I showed him that ep and what Rutan did and asked why he would waste all that time. If you want to go to space, just figure out a way to go and do it! Granted that's a ways from manned space flight but, Now he really believes it's possible for him. I do too. Thanks for the inspiration!
