Hello everyone! New member here from KY & currently working on 2 razor upgrades. The first, which is in now in process of small runs for my boys is dune buggy (36V/500W brushed to 48vBLDC/2000W controller w/SLA batteries 15ah) & 2nd is razor quad (24V stock to 48V BLDC/1800W controller w/48V/20ah lipo battery) which, fingers crossed should be ready today. I have an issue on go kart & not sure if it’s throttle related or something else. To preface, all batteries are new 12v lead acid, 15ah batteries. I used the pedal throttle that came with the kit & with wheels off ground there’s no issue with smooth acceleration & in correction rotation. Also, when starting w/wheels on ground it’s a bit rough to takeoff (regardless of speed 1-3), but quickly settles out. For visual, it would be like a 16 yo attempting to drive 5 speed for first time. However, if letting off throttle after engaging, it clicks, leading me to believe communication in hall wires (just guess here) or perhaps this pedal throttle should be changed back to thumb throttle? Apologies, as I am a bit of a novice electrically, & this might be something very simple. Also, all phases are matched to correct color & same for hall wires motor to controller. Any insight is much appreciated & thank you guys in advance!

Goes fine "off of the ground" but struggles "under load"
...sounds like maybe gear ratio issues

What was the previous GR?
...& what is the GR now?

Thank you, I’ll confirm & get back to you. Perhaps an oversight on my part. 🤦🏻‍♂️
