48 year old kart nut

Hi. Was into karts as a kid. All types including a dart with a mc101aa. Just getting back into them. We live in the country and have atvs and i have more fun on them than i ever did on my harley so i ditched the bike. No kids lol its all me although the wife likes them too.

Hmm, most people, I would assume, would think go karts are a step down from ATVs and are rinky dink compared to them. But since you have a past with karts, you're not one of those people.

Lol People change their minds when they get on a real machine. I love karts and atvs.

My friends make fun of my karts. I just tell them to come ride. When they do they are ear to ear grins and usually just keep doing laps.
Silly rabbit karts are for adults too.

Maybe there's some kind of ratio whereas the closer your noggin (or your keister) is to the pavement, the more entertaining it is?

Minibikes are comparable to bicycles, just powered by an engine, but there's widespread experience with bicycles so the sensation is about the same between the two.

There's no real-world "everyman's" equivalent to a go kart so therein lies the fascination...maybe.

Welcome, I love the karts , there is just so much stuff you can do to them to add torque or speed or both.
