I put a lot of time and research into this gokart i knew nothing about. I picked up the gokart With a 6.5hp for $100 and only cuz it had full suspension. Now $450 later its got an electric start and some balls. Using my phone speedometer (which I tested in my truck and found It to be very accurate) was 44 mph. Which at that speed my stock suspension is no longer enough. Don't know why Im posting this. Maybe because its hard finding people that appreciate all the hours put into this. Anyways I'll post pics tomorrow

Well, you've certainly found the right site! Please- dig up a bunch of pics- before, during, after- and start a thread in the Photo Gallery And Project Log section. We'd LOVE to see this!

heres just a few ive already taken. tomorrow ill try and take better ones. Oh and I ripped the 5/8 jackshaft in half the other day flooring it down a 35 mph street keeping up with the cars. I watched in horror as my 160.00 driven starts bouncing past me. im just glad it didnt hit another car. but ya thats a quick sum up.

Toof, have you re-enforced the back deck very much yet? Soon you'll notice it WILL start to bend. This is the supreme flaw in that kart.
