420 valve springs

what weight are the stock 420 valve springs. I've seen people upgrading to 35 lb...and 50 lb...what's best for a mild cam motor, and would upgrade be recommended for a stock cam motor ?

Well, from I seen there is two main options, single wound springs and dual.

Factory cam + governor = factory springs

Factory cam or mild - mid cam + no governor = single wound springs (54lb)

Hot cam = dual springs (65lb)

Sorry don't know the factory spec, probably varies between genuine honda and what brand 420 clone.
