Thats a truly sucky problem to have on such a sweet set up.
That cart looks like tons of fun.

These 40 series plates seem to be problematic so far at best, really glad i didnt go that way.

Once fired up, warmed up good, and at a good moderate idle...

Does the cart wanna creep forward with any amount of force?

Will a foot placed in front of any tire kinda stop it from rolling away?

Thats kinda the difference between a just rite or a too tight belt.

My trike (40 series wit out the plate) has great manners apon start up (pull only) but i still try too start it when COLD pushed against something solid if i can.
Once warm it wont move.

Sounds too me like a high rpm start up surge, like a high float level or try useing less choke maybe.

I would love to come up with a awesome fail safe parking brake or the like for reasons like kids or the entertainingly gray mushless.:p

For anyone that knows me on here now this is why I use the stuff that I use to mount the 420. Tested and proven to work nevermind the option to go backwards. Sorry had to say it but it's true. There is ads in the end of this but this is a cool video so I'm gonna share it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZI6ygdu8wU4

Youll get this figured out. Read down a few posts about other recent torque converter issues there is some good info there that is universal for all torque converters

Well, for some reason I haven’t been able to log on since Friday. I took apart the driver and made sure that everything was good, and put it back together. It’s working fine now. Keep in mind this is a brand new setup, I’m not sure what was going on in there, but as simple as it is,I did not see anything, just put it together and reinstalled it. This is all brand new, so maybe one of the springs was out of whack or something. I gotta say, this is much easier to deal with than the clutches on my rzr!! I wish it was this simple. You guys are extremely helpful! Thank you.
