3wheeler front end help!!!

I can't figure out how to get my front tire off? Here's a few pics, I'm stumped

I could be wrong, not the first time......:rolleyes:
I take it you have 2 short bolts, one for each side...... Put one of them back in, but only half way. Now tap the head with a hammer, sharply. See if the shaft will start to slide out the other side. I had an old trike with a shaft held in place by 2 short bolts. They only kept it located within the forks.....

Take more pics of that thing. I think I have the same thing out in the shed. Tri Rod.

And. What Jim said is how you get the axle out. The shaft fits inside the fork, goes thru a bearing on each side of the hub and there is a bushing in the middle of the one hub.
