Need more info man. Have u tested the spark? Take the spark plug out, put the plug on the end of it and sit the plug on the head of the engine or something metal and crank over the engine. If u see a spark then thats good. If not, u have to clean the points. Theres a video on youtube by davidsfarm on how to do that.

If the sparks good then check that its getting fuel. Cranking it over without the spark plug u should see a mist of fuel spray out when u crank it over hard. If its getting fuel then its loosing pressure somewhere. The valves could also be stuck so take the carb and muffler off and turn the engine over n look down the holes. If they go up n down then it may be the rings.

show us a picture of the mower/parts

try going to your local lawnmower shop and buying a new diaphram gasket, also buy the ring/spring that goes with it. while your there might as well buy the gasket that goes between the carb/head.

Hey u got the exact same engine as me. XD Yer just blow the carb out with compressed air, take the mixture screw and behind that is a jet, unscrew that and make sure its not blocked. If it isnt then just spray air down there. If there is air coming out the outlet of the carb when u spray air into the carb then its something else on the engine. Make sure the valves are stuck as well.
