I need a 1/18 scale, 3D model of a small engine. Not too detailed because I’m going to send it through a 3D printer and I don’t want it taking forever to run or end up with little pieces that will just break off. I found a few on Grabcad and other sites that were either too detailed or too vague. I used to model when I was younger but now I’m old and out of shape and my equipment doesn’t work anymore. LOL Anyway, I know there are a few people on here who do this type of stuff so I thought I’d ask.

Would like several different models but first I’m going for a 5 horse Briggs Flathead with the gas tank under the carb. Others would include:

Briggs & Stratton
5 hp
3.5 hp
8 hp

Tecumseh(w/o gas tanks)
3 hp
5 hp

Kohler
10 hp

Can you help a bruthuh out? Be advised, if you do, I might also ask for wheels, steering wheel and seat cover…..

You may also be better off building a prototype in scale from styrene stock...

I thought about that but I have no skills of an artist. Plus, I'm leaning towards selling these in a sort of "print on demand" format. We'll see how that goes. If orders go up I may have to produce em mass so urethane molding may be in order in which case a styrene master would work out too.

I half heartedly tried sketchup once and didn't get the hang of it. I've got a copy of Solidworks and a new PC with a badass graphics card now, I just need to find time to sit down and get it loaded up and learn.
