3 Wheel bike help

hey guys over this winter i'm going to make a 3 wheel bike mini where i have 1 big tire in the back and 2 in the front (sterring) looking to get a little help on how the front of the frame should go and should i use round or sqaure tubing

square tubing is easier to weld.
