3 inch pneumatic wheels help

HI,
Anyone know where I could get a nice set of size 3inch pneumatic wheels. (any part of the world)

Their very hard to find and I don't know if they even exist
I have tried ebay but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Frekboy- I feel that that size that suits my project, although if i cant find any i might change to 6 inch ones.

Heres some 6 inchers, shipping is crazy though. and they have bearings so im not sure if you can use them or not.

Those look like the cheapo bearings would be easy to replace with 5/8" bore sealed bearings. And I bet the shipping per tire would go down if you bought 4.

mfg supply has wheels down to 4", and their prices are pretty reasonable. Do they ship overseas?

Never seen anything in 3", but I'm not a kart expert......
