think im addicted now! my first build-restore turned out exelant, now I picked up another one yesterday and need some sugestions. all stock klipper cart with new 212 on the way. im going to cut rear top frame to be able to put taller tires and going to add a foot in length. seen one done where they added a foot in front of front axle and moved gas break forward but I don't care for the look. mine has 2 frame bars on each side, 1 up the center floor, I wanted to basically add a foot in middle closer to front. me and my son are 6 4. last one for kids this 1 for us, any sugest before I cut anything? thanx pine

I don't know the design spec. calculations,
But typically a kart is built 3:4 width to length ratio.
Adding a foot to the wheel base will make it much harder to steer. Like trying to park a Suburban in a parking lot designed for Mini Coopers.
You get a terrible turning radius.
