Yeah its tiny but i got it for free. (all I had to do was mow the lawn and vacuum the car.) So back to the point my carts gonna weigh about 130 pounds with driver. will you think it can handle it. Im not looking for anything faster then 20mph. ( go too fast on street neighbors will call cops.) This is my first and I cant have a job yet so small budget. Next year Im already planing to buy a larger engine then switch it out with the 2 stroke and put it on a bike.

Please and impute is appreciated.

25cc two stroke (has to be weed eater or chainsaw?), will push you about 5mph on a kart. i wouldnt even bother.

How can your kart weigh 130lbs w/driver? you must be like 80lbs...

25cc 2 stroke is good for a drill motor DC generator or an RC plane. I have a 50cc on my bicycle and it just barely does the job, even with 7 gears.

Personally if i were you, Id buy a "Monkey / Runt" bike, And a Go-Ped Sport frame.

Cut the rear "Motor mount" off the sport frame, As well as the runt bike.. Weld them together, Bolt on your motor with a .750 spindle on a solid tire, And wheelie for days.

A heavy cart on the other hand, Not so much.

An RC cart would be fun tho.

I had a 260 big bore Zenoah RC series engine ported, with 1mm stroker ect on a supersport goped and itd barley get me above 30mph with a 20lb "frame". Doubt itll even move the kart, And if it would it would smoke whatever clutch you strapped up to it [You would need a clutch, Or someway to engauge the drivetrain].
