Chinese mate. I know everyone puts them down but in my experience, they're still solid engines :) Not had one mechanical problem in 4 months with my chinese motorbike :)

That's cause the warranty hasn't expired yet! :p No, I have a clone myself. But I did get the extended warranty and plan on swapping out mine for a new one before that warranty runs up. Just open the gap up on the plug and take it back.

I've had my bike for almost 3 years and I've never had a problem with it, their great engines, you just gotta treat them right.

Good luck with your project!

Thanks

Beg to differ, i've treated mine like utter ****e and it loves it :devil2:

But nah, good oil and regular changes ftw :) I had mine running just a straight pipe (cut it off before the exhaust can, just the downpipe) running amazingly lean, and got 72mph indicated out of it :D Loosened the tappets a wee bit though! Been nice to it now, put it back on and now i've treated it to a nice dunstall decibel replica exhaust :)

Chinese stuff is definitely getting better thats for sure :) I'll try and whack a video up of the engine a bit later guys, gotta sort out some way to fuel it without having a tank yet! :)

Well I gave mine an oil change when I got it and... Haven't touched it since then! :roflol:

Mine tops out at well over 100kms, it's a great bike, plenty of power, nice suspension, powerful brakes, almost decent quality. Certainly worth the $700 I bought it for!

By treat them right I mean don't treat them like dirt, there's guys I know who had the 110cc models who just sit them on their sides instead of using the side stand and they would just throw them on the back of the ute and the bike would sit on it's side bouncing around in the tray. To them they were cheap enough not to care, those bike lasted surprisingly long. Over here you can't get a dead brand name dirt bike for the price of a new Chinese one.

Thanks

Hayden

Nice, and fair play your idea of abuse is different to mine then :p Mines actually just a Honda CG125 clone, literally a clone. I know most use the engine but this actually is like for like :roflol: But mines pretty solid, the regulator went pop once but i had a spare one. 10 minutes later it was fixed and it still didnt render the bike immobile... just the lights useless :D

And same, here i can get an abused honda CG125 from about 2000 for the cost of another of my bike brand new :) Even the "sports" bike, the Kaisar/Skyjet 125 is only a bit more new :)
