250cc Buggy independent sus. with dif.&lock

Well,this project started september 2010 for 3 months during my tourist visa to south China Guangzhou invited by a chief of a machinery factory,he want a custom buggy not like Chinese market lousy ones, since not enough time to finish complete work,I went back to Taiwan continuing the Sus. components those no workshop there willing to do custom job,Until last month they fished whole vehicle work

I post photos instead of typing which I'm not good at anyway,will post the built process as follows soon

these parts I ordered work shop custom in Taiwan,shipped for 4 days arrived at that factory

differential/steer rack/knuckle/rear axile bearing housing

the uni-joint is from old style Chinese mini truck propeller shaft
engine is a CF-250(Honda CH250 Base) ATV type

I'm an engineer,as you see,I always draw first,then build step by step following dwg,if things go more complicate,this is the way to go
frame illustrated with rainbow color given to mechanic to build in order, print 1/1 scale to make bending tubes first

It would be really nice to see this level of quality in design and build in more stuff that gets exported to our shores from China. As mentioned most similar type vehicles are badly designed, badly constructed and made from cheap materials. I can imagine if these were mass produced under your watch they would sell well after people realised your design was superior to others.

why Chinese products so lousy?lazy and proud workman here and there! last 12 years I'd been to China for several times hired as a R/D manager in factories(different products),no longer than 3 months for each time I could endure for those labors and other managers even than the boss

The buggy was derived from 2005 prototype I build for a company(producing golf caddy buggy&baby stroller),finally realized no competitive price with Chinese products then abandon

There is an illustrated pix I made for rear sus. comparrison,those alumi sus. arms asked by 2005 boss are no necessary,and self-developed reverse gears matched to scooter engine cost a lot
