So now taking bets on how many dB meters I can grenade and how many cops I can round up within a states radius. Hahaha. So much for the sleeper effect...........:auto::ack2:

Got the throttle all lined out and it works perfect ! Also got the engine all tuned and dialed in. Gotta ride it now to fine tune the jets..............i got a youtube video uploading. But for now enjoy some more pics............

And this is the exact way you need to do any big block clone throttle linkage setups when not using the governor. This works absolutely flawlessly..............

So I need some serious help asap guys.............

The 40 series all in one kit won't work. I gotta have the 3100 rpm stall speed and I can't find the comet #203650 cam rollers anywhere. Any ideas ? Think I'm stuck building my own back plate and using the 44 magnum series so I can just change the weights to get my desired stall speed. Whatcha guys think ?

Sounds like a good plan

One thing i was wondering about this bike is where you put your feet? Or have i missed the foot pegs somewhere?

Any way to lighten the medium ones? Drilling holes for example.

Would the red springs with the medium cam rollers get you to around 2800 RPM?

I can't find the light cam rollers either, not quickly anyway.

I was waiting to put everything on before making some. I don't want the belt to rip a hole in my leg while riding it ! But good observation

And I found my option I think. They are building me a one off deal with a 44 series Magnum driver instead of the typical 40 series. All I gotta do with the Magnum is change the weights in it to change the rpms.

They are gonna call me back in a day or so to let me know whether they can do it or not. If they don't i will build my own back plate.

I have tried a regular clutch. It was a $400 one and it still wouldn't get me where I wanted to be at top speed. They also said I would burn it up by cruising around at car shows so I sent it back already before even trying to use it. I've got a serious plan with this chassis setup. And it's gonna have to be a torque converter style setup to even come close to the 1/8 mile mph I'm trying to achieve.

I'm trying to figure out what the buggy/golf cart guys are using. They keep referring to some guy Tom and CPP clutch adapters and clutches.

The link gives clutch options and descriptions.

http://www.cartpartsplus.com/performance-golf-cart-parts/performance-golf-cart-clutches

I think it was covered that the 780 is for 6000RPM max, the other 40HP 4 stroke clutch says like 5500RPM in the comments.

How many RPMs do you plan to turn. Would it be easier to change the gearing to keep RPMs lower but top speed the same?

I'm about to read this:http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/big-block-talk/26735-big-block-clutch-options.html
