Finally got the 70 tooth #35 chain sproket off my go Kart axle I had to grind the rust of the ends of the bolts then soak the bolts in pb blaster then I had to hammer a size 9 12 point bolt to break it loose it was originally a size 10 bolt before it stripped I'm ordering a 54 tooth 41 chain sproket soon to replace it

Got the secondary clutch completely freed up and it moves and funtions properly now,just decided to paint it A little

Here go a picture of the tire size difference old tire on the right new one on the left, I'm will see if I can take it to my automotive Tech Class to use the blow torch to heat the hub and get the left tire and hub off

I finally got the other hub off the axle I had to heat it up with a blow torch and it damaged the hub a little but it's still strong and functional I'm going to put it back soon as I get the sproket and drivetrain parts, and I'm getting my jackshaft supports welded at school so that will be done sometime this week hopefully, and I'll order the parts as soon as my card comes in the mail this week

Sorry I took so long it just that my card took so long to get here so it finally came yesterday and i order the parts and there on there way and it's coming next week

Everything is lining up I have the chain ,I just need to get it all welded up first

Got some work done today I got one side welded getting the other side welded soon then on to the exhaust.

I ordered the rest of the parts yesterday ,there coming the end of this week and next week
