What can I do to make it faster?(on a budget) I have a 2012 GTS and 150cc and it has better speed and torque.

Rear Tire: 16 x 7 – 8
Clutch Automatic CVT
Driveline Rear two wheels drive
Located in Mississippi

Bone stock but I do have an iridium plug that hasn't been installed yet.

I would leave it as is, unless you want more torque. Gearing, air intake and exhaust are really your only options.
The 150cc is more power, higher rpms, and the cvt i is better for tuning than the torque coverter on mudder.
