According to this site, your kart AC electrical parts. Look for any type of serial number, sticker or label somewhere.

Try the latest schematic I sent. Every ASW 150cc buggy I've worked on shipped with a DC CDI. The stuck kill switch was a good find. Check all of your grounds, they're usually green wires. Disconnect and reconnect every plug. A12 volt test light is a must with these things. You'll get it going eventually, frustrating but you'll learn.

We now have spark and it now runs with a few hick ups lol. We ditched the entire wiring to the engine unless I jumped the starter relay. That is the first hick up. The second is fuel will not stop running out of the new carburetor so either it has a built-in fuel shut off or the carburetor has issues right off the bat. I will probably swap out the carbs and see what happens but we do have progress and this from here on out is only minor compared to what we didn't have at the start of the journey.
