2 stoke with gearbox

I have a 6.5hp honda engine that I will have to use a clutch with anyway. Would that work? Or do I need a different gearbox?

Thats for a 50cc engine, a 6.5 would shred that and the chain it uses. Buy a $30 cent clutch, problem solved.
