2 seater kart build

hi everyone, I had started this kart last year but stopped when the cold came. so far i have the main frame almost complete and suspension started. I have a couple pics but will be adding more. Using a 13 hp engine, bullet lines torque a verter, quad tires & shocks, home made suspension, and more and more...lol.
there are some really interesting builds going on, can't wait to see them progress.

I am confused, are you building a go kart or a kart (trailer) ?

He is probably making a transformer and hasnt covered the kart up yet "ka-aarts in disguise" or he is just using his trailer to get up under the frame to weld it.

I'm gonna say that the trailer is serving bench duty.

lol, yeah the trailer is my way of moving the go kart in and out of garage as i work on it. but that transformer idea isn't bad!

2 seater cart build

got my homemade a-arms on and roll cage started. it sure is nice having buddies that work at machine shops. they built me some great bushings and a-arms. Found some school bus seats and seat belts for cheap at local auto wrecker. father in law is giving me his extra set of 10" golf kart rims. gonna slap some atv tires on them. my torque converter says 10:1 ratio and i have a 7:1 ratio from torque converter to axle. i hope this is enough to spin 22" tires. what do you guys think? 13hp engine.
