1st go kart with bike engine, help me out guyzzzz

Hey, gyzzz, hope you gyzz are doing good, i am yousuf very much love in with gokarts from last couple of years, today i decided to make my own gokart with my bike engine which has 90 cc which is single stroke with 4 gears, i have a gokart design in my mind, i am just stuck with three things as follows
1- gokart components/ materials
2- exact frame size with dimensions
3- a personal support from any of you gokart lovers, that would be the most important one.

Iam attaching an image of my dream project, please gyzzz someone who is expert in gokart making please reach out to me, its my dream and iam ready to sacrifice my bike for that

If you want to find dimensions, just sit on the ground in a go kart style position and draw with chalk or tape what you want. Then you can measure it and draw it on paper or CAD if you're ambitious. Tweak as you go. Anything else i got no idea but that's just what I'd do if I had a garage and tools. Either that or modify an existing kart beyond recognition lol

1: Most sane people use metal. Wood karts don't fare well. Plastic ones even worse.

2: 4' wide by 6' long wheel base is a good starting point.

It just keeps growing. Started out with a Yamaha Rapter 660 and a Yerf-Dog frame, and went from there.

But, for a first cart, pick something up cheap on marketplace and play with it.

the problem is i want to take it to roads, enjoy with it, the go karts market place offers are not made for roads very slow cant have fun with it, need something more enjoyable for long distance that's why came up with this idea cuz my bike engine mileage is amazing 1litre of petrol and can ride easily 25miles, with this can travel anywhere across the city and have fun

I understand. A marketplace build wouldn't be an end state, but kinda like a learner set to the next build, and the next build, and the next...

So you can ride around on city streets in an unlicensed home built vehicle, without "unpleasant interaction" with law enforcement?

With only a 90cc engine, you aren't going to be moving anything bigger than a
go kart very fast. It doesn't sound like you have much experience if you can't visualize dimensions for a frame size. Do yourself a favor and save a lot of time and frustration ( and maybe even money ) and buy a beater go kart that has suspension both front and rear. Then you can adapt your bike engine to the frame. The final product will be a lot more successful.

yeah in india you can do anything, belive me i have broked so many traffic rules in last 2months but no fine, from driving wrong side of the road to jumping signals to moving across the lanes, no helmet, 4 gyzz on a bike, yeah i have done it all in last 48 hours

Yea, you folks in India don’t know how to drive. The Convent I used to work at had some nuns from India. I tried for 4 years but could not get them to pass a driving test.

there are 24 hours in a day, and you choose to show post job hours, but its still funny, after 10pm we can drive easily
