1995 Honda 330ex atv

I picked up this 1995 Honda 330ex atv for under $200. It hasn’t ran in 6 years. The fuel tank definitely needs to be cleaned or replaced due to rust. it has a DG exhaust (I looked it up and seemed expensive). The jets in the carb are supposed to be upgraded. There is also a short in the ignition I guess. If I get it running, I would like to put a turbo on it to go faster if that’s even possibly. Any pros or cons from my idea?

Hard to see form this picture But the plastics are pretty rough and melted in the back. But I guess I get what I paid for

Never mind. I'm not doing a turbo it will be too dusty/muddy where I go riding. Any other mods that will make a difference in acceleration or top speed. I don't want to spend a fortune.
