Time to build the trike I’ve been sitting in for a few months. Taking a break from the kart after rolling it 5 times at 80+mph til I get the replacement stuff stuff to fix it.

This one will be basic with a 420cc clone maybe and for sure a torque converter setup and street tires. Wanna leave it simple with electric start and mild upgrades. I finally found some 10x8.5 rear wheels with the correct bolt pattern cause my street tires off the kart are 22x10x10 are going on and it originally had the 8” wheels.

Beginning pics are as follows..........

Tear down and some test fitting of parts finally ! The wheels everybody told me they didn’t make in a 10” fit perfectly fine. They are off of a commercial tractor and are perfect. And are the exact bolt pattern for the Alsport.

I don’t remember when threads lock. But I still have this and we are gonna get started on the bodywork when the weather finally cooperates. And I’m gonna make sure it stands straight up in the air !!! So it’s gonna be a blast to drive.

Just keeping this thread alive. I’m moving in a week or so in to a house with a garage so I can finally start on this thing without having to put the yerf dog outside or at a buddies house.

So fiberglass work or uh I mean the itchy and scratchy show will commence shortly hopefully !

Well it’s time to work on this. Been procrastinating it long enough. The Sandrail is gonna take longer. So this will be much faster (and cheaper. Lol) to finish first.

Somebody gave me a gc190 Honda the other day. So after some tweaking here and there. This is the new end result and where I’m at so far........

Sounds like a strong runner. I wonder what it was off of originally? Should do a lot better than the original engine that was on the Tri-Sport.

I took it off of a pressure washer. It had a bad pump. So my buddy gave me the whole thing. But a guy at work needed the other stuff. So we disassembled it there.

yeah white is great :D
the springs however should be some other colour..
I don't think many layers of metal flake purple will
hold for too long..
but some nice red or blue or maybe
some other -non disco- purple perhaps *shrugs*

personally I think I'd go for a magenta-pink
(yeah that's a bit much I know.. but it looks great against purple and white)

Yeah.......the other half wants purple. It’s her favorite color. This was my compromise on not doing the frame purple also. I will slide some other colors in there somehow. Hahaha

My goal is something to this effect.............
