My first car was a 1957 Chevy, 2 door 210, completely stripped inside and out and I ended up selling it for $900. To redeem myself in the eyes of the Car Gods, I purchased the Mustang in 1987 for $1,700. 351w, 3 speed automatic. I have a bunch of parts layin around that I need to install including door panels, exterior trim, window felt, front and rear glass molding, front and rear spoiler, very bad arse exhaust tips, stereo, fuel filter, coil, headers and complete front to rear wiring harness. Need to purchase and toss in there new exhaust, front and rear seats, spark plug wires that are not bright blue, tires and rims, a few things under the hood and I'm sure I could add to this list if I thought about it. Anyway, it was my daily driver for about 4 or 5 years. Since day one until today, I've put just over 40,000 miles on it (guess I need to go out on a few more club runs). I've been hungry more than a few times and had more than one reason to need to sell it, but managed to hold on.
