1948 Briggs and Stratton

Okay, I'm looking to see if one of you can help me.

My uncle happens to have a 1.5hp 1948 Briggs and Stratton motor that is in good shape, fully running.

Does anyone happen to know the value of such an engine?

Probably a model 6s. Check the name plate. If no name plate, there are other ways to identify it such as carb and cylinder finnage. $50 max, although some folks will pay more depending on how badly they want one.
All over the place on Ebay.
I have at least 8. Some with recoils and some with rope start.
Some of my collection goes back to early '30's. Most of them have no real value.
