18 spline wheel hubs??

Does anyone know if these even exist? I have searched and searched and can’t find them anywhere. I was wanting some to put some nicer wheels on my sons buggie the 4/4 bolt pattern and I am starting to think they don’t exist. It’s in the Coleman kt196, maybe I’m not looking for the right thing I don’t know much about all this stuff. I have some photos of the current wheel on the buggie and the axle. I think it is a 1” with a 3/4” step down, I haven’t confirmed but I have ordered a digital caliper to check. Thanks and sorry for any ignorance of the subject.

Check with GoPower Sports I seem to recall at one time they had a 4"x4" flange like that. Also if you use diygokarts coupon code it will get you an extra 10% discount.
