Don't use the clone carby unless it is absolutely impossible for you to find a mikuni or other motorbike carby. The bike ones are much, much better.

and with that set up how is your torque and off roaad power like?
It's insanely quick off the line, spins the wheels through 3rd gear and tops out at ~130kph (80mph) :) *but it probably has a bit more power than yours will

What I would do is find out the ratio in 6th gear, then use the calculator on this website (http://www.diygokarts.com) to find out what sprockets you need to use to get that top speed, that will give you the maximum torque possible while still achieving your chosen top speed (unless there's not enough power to reach it)

what size motor are you using? and unfortantly its only four gears but i guess its the same concept thats exactly what i want though lots of tourque and a top out around like 50 or so

haha yea your definantly has more power then my 150cc i cant wait to get everything put together
