150 trailmaster

I am working on a 150 trailmaster gocart I have it running but will not rev up to high Rpms I just installed a new stator tried a different coil I'm going to get a new spark plug and try next. The carb is spotless am kinda at a loss on where to go with getting it running right any sugestions? It is acting like it is hitting a rev limiter. Any ideas?

Canged the stator because it was not charging. Took the stator off and found a broken wire on the stator. I pulled the fuel bowl off the carb and the jets looked clean so I reinstalled it I tried 2 different cdi boxes off my other carts that looked the same and would not even allow it to start when you start it put it in gear you can start to move than it just barely moves. The engion just misses real bad . Is there a way to check the pickup coil to make sure it is working all the time?

Can you post a pic of the machine in question?... What motor is it?...

Do a carb clean... Like a real good clean...

Carb is spotless. Tried to run it without The air cleaner on it and it ran fine check the air cleaner the filter was completely covered in gear lube oil looks like the machine was rolled and pull the oil out of the transmission into the air cleaner through the vent so now the machine is up and running great thanks for everybody help
