Can any body tell me how to adjust idle on this carburetor also there is a hose coming off bottom of carburetor not sure where it should connect nothing cones out of it the only place I can see it might go is pipe on top of carb.

The line on the bottom is just a float bowl drain. It get hooks to nothing. If you loosened the screw next to it gas would pour out. The idle speed screw should be on the other side.

It requires a special pair of chopsticks to work on those! If the throttle cable is not adjusted properly, you may never get the idle adjusted.
