11hp Engine -- $249

I saw the new Harbor Freight ad, and there's an 11 HP engine for the low low price of 249 (was 349).... My credit card is singing a siren song to me right now. It has electric start.....

LOL, yeah I saw that. I was tempted too but I still have that 11hp McCulloch sitting in my garage that I took from a generator. I still think it's funny how on the ads they say not for sale in California and yet I can go down to the store and they have them for sale.

Yeah... how nice would that be!?! Big question for those of you in the know: What do you use for a clutch or torque converter? It looks like the only thing that can handle that kind of power is one of those Comet 2- piece converters with a jackshaft.

russ had posted up a link on another post (I have no idea where though) to a company that makes clutches that'll work above 8hp. Some that I remember went up to 50hp!
