1100 lbs. Mini Scissor Lift

Has anyone looked into one of these or better yet owns one?

Was thinking it would be a good tool investment for mini bikes, dirt bikes, ATVs, lawnmowers and to a lesser extent go karts. If this or a similar tool is heading in the right direction, please share your thoughts and impressions.

For mini bikes and motorcycles it would seem ideal for those times when you need the bike level, off its kick stand and the rear wheel off the ground for maintenance.
The crank handle can be removed to reveal a hex head that can be used with an impact wrench or drill to rapidly raise and lower the lift too.

I havent used them personally, I would like getting a few for the bike, a bit easier than lugging about the big motorcycle jack to raise the bike up.....
Bu I know these are typically used on motorcycle lifts to raise the rear when working on, while the front is held in a chock.

What kind of motorbike lift do you have? I mean, the price point on the one I showed is the attraction but it would need a chock for the front wheel or it'll turn and bring it all down probably.

Horror Fright has a motorcycle stand but it's stationary so you'd have to hoist the bike upon it. I don't get it.

I have a CB400t... it about 750#
No lift... but a motorcycle jack. I currently use my jack to lift my mini bikes, but havent quite lifted my big bike as the thing doesnt have a good lifting spot under the motor... The frame is C shaped and the motor pokes underneath a bit but isnt flat.
A chock can be made up with wood or steel easily. there is a whole fast assortment on the net.

It's an adjustable version of one of these I guess. Is it just balanced on there precariously? Anyone?

I'm willing to learn... or build a small front wheel chock out of 2x4's as an accessory (and leave the front wheel on the ground).

Should handle mini bikes easily though.

Well genius, how're they balanced on there? Those stands, like the last pic I posted, are in wide use in the motocross community. Those bikes are never in excess of 500 lbs me thinks, so they are man handled upon them I guess.

Hmm looks like something usefull for both mini bike and go kart.

This is what i use for my mini bikes works great. has a back to keep from falling over and wheels so i can spin it around the garage floor.

Update: ol' Hellion finally had this happen, after many years of trouble free buying on Fleabay:

I guess the old adage still applies--"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

But I was not likely scammed by the actual owner of the account. Ebay says the account was likely compromised. What this means is some unscrupulous fiend went looking for an account with a much-needed 100% positive feedback, hacked it and quickly set up several Buy It Now auctions for jacks which did not exist.

I found out there were a total of 116 sold. At $22.98 a piece, $2665.68 sounds like a decent profit.

Eh, but what does it matter. I got a refund.
