I have an 11 hp briggs on a john deer lawn mower and when going up small hills i have to have it in first gear to make it up, in any other gear it just stops. It just seems to generally have lost power, and every once in awhile when your going along it sounds like it cuts out but it will get going again almost instantly. Wondering if anyone has any insight to this problem?
