10hp tucumseh throttle issue

Anyone know how to fix the throttle linkage it's stuck at full throttle and I wanna re run it to make it simple

I couldn't even tell you from memory what it looks like. Still connected to the governor? I suspect you have something awry there.

Photos or I suggest looking for a technical manual.

I'm trashing the tuc motor got it running took for a ride and oil just shoots out the blow off valve gonna buy a new motor but torn between a 301cc and 420cc my goal is 30-40mph

Don't trash it, sell it for profit (or loss ). Or fix it (hey, there's an idea).

Sounds like oil coming out of the "blow off valve" can mean you're getting blow-by from adding too much oil.
Other possibilities are worn rings, worn valves or valve stem seals.

Engine may be running too hot.

Maybe you have a...bad crankcase breather?

Never did get those photos so we don't know what this engine is.

Can you be more specific on this "blow off valve" you speak of... I'm assuming there of course is no turbo.... Right?....

Are you perhaps speaking of the valve cover vent???

Well the guy I got the kart from took the air box off so I put a new carb it ran good just shakes so bad so I took it for a ride maybe 3/4 of a city block if that and when I came back there was about a half cup of oil laying on the bottom of the engine plate this is the engine blow off Valve I think where the oil would be coming from
