Hi all.
Just picked up what I am told is 2010 and searching brings me to Manco Black Fox.
It needs some work and I'm starting at the mechanical calupers. It was missing the pressure plate that the small bullet shaped piece that creates the pressure.
The diagrams I found for the brake set up make no sense compared to what I've seen online. It makes for a wobbly pedal and weak braking.
The only option I see for replacing the calipers is to drop the live axel due to how it was installed. Is there anything to be careful of when doing this?
Posted pics of the cart and brakes. The bolts can't be removed to get to the one side of the caliper. I'm cutting them off now bc they were stripped and have a new caliper set but is dropping the axle the only way to change the pads? Also posted a pic of how i think the pedal would work compared to the diagram for the original setup.
Thanks all
