Where can I find these parts that will work together???
1.250 Axle, 520 chain, 23 tooth sprocket???

it's gonna have to be custom made. you could find a #50 sprocket that is the right number of teeth with the right bore and then mill off an 1/8" to make it the right width

#50? Never heard of it. #520 is the same size chain my CBR600F2 takes....
