the sounds is coming from the dog box or straight cut gearset not the sequential part of the transmission many cars can get the gearsets with out swapping in a new tranny

I had a thread earlier this year about building a shifter kart chassis to fit a 250cc, have the engine but am looking for a frame to modify rather than making a frame from scratch can anyone help me out by telling me of any good deals they run across.

Sorry for all the questions I did search but what brakes are going to be suitable for this build and where should I get them from?

Alright, we have decided to modify an existing frame. Should be fn just waiting on some funds in a week or two then it's all systems go. I will keep you guys updated and might do a step by step build thread.

this is exactly what we are looking to do. plans would be perfect but I talked to my partner in the build and he likes it so it will probably be the basis if we decide to build a frame, modifying a frame seems to be the easier option as of right now though, decisions decisions
